If your Playbooks page shows a loading sign continuously after logging in (and persists after you refresh the page), this is likely caused by a local cache issue.
You can clear your application cache to solve this! Here's how:
1. Open the Google Chrome Console by pressing F12 key (+ click fn)
2. Select “Application” from the top menu of the console (you may need to click a double arrow >> to select Application)
3. Select “Local Storage” from the left-side menu (you may need to select the down arrow ∇)
4. Right click https://playbooks.kiite.ai (or any other sites you'd like to clear) and click Clear to delete the local storage
