Playbook categories can be set by any Administrator of the workspace, but cannot be changed by an Editor, Contributor, or View-Only user.
To create Playbook categories you can follow these instructions.
Step 1: Click “Edit” at the top right of the Playbook whose category you would like to change.
Step 2: Set the Playbook the the desired category in the drop down menu.
Step 3: To create a new category, click on “Manage Categories” and then click on “New Category”
To edit Playbook categories you can follow these instructions.
Step 1: Click the gear from the main navigation and select "Settings"
Step 2: Select "Categories" from the list.
Step 3: Click the button with three dots, and select "Edit" from the drop down list.
